	under construction   manage staff of 3 developers as well as function as senior developer   a patented, tcp/ip-based, client/server system comprised of the following components,   server: a windows service that uses oracle and tcp/ip to process requests from client applications via a proprietary protocol.   import/export: a multi-threaded windows service that handles file based transactions. transactions include importing and exporting data to and from an oracle database as files are made available, as well as, exporting data on a scheduled basis.   a multi-threaded windows service that handles transferring data to and from third parties, legacy systems, and goverment agencies using ftp, ras, or proprietary communication protocols.   client: an application that allows customers to manage their data and generate custom reports. also allows administrators to configure customer's usability within the system, as well as, generate system statistics and billing report for internal use.

	developed and maintained custom client/server software in delphi and visual c++ for the microsoft windows operating systems.
	dynamic web pages that used oracle, isapi, and a tcp/ip client/server architecture to provide real-time test and billing reports. the client was an isapi script that connected to a local server via tcp/ip to obtain the requested reports. the server was a multi-threaded application that used load-balancing and caching techniques to quickly provide requested reports.   a multi-threaded application that used tcp/ip to connect to a verification server to obtain test results. also acted as a tcp/ip server to test creation tools to automate test result retrieval.   an issue tracking system that used oracle to track lab-wide problems (software, hardware, etc.) within the different departments. used smtp to automatically email managers, team leaders, team members, and end users when the status of a problem changed.

	enhanced previous check order system to a client/server model to facilitate a login server and a print server. server developed in delphi 4 for microsoft windows 95. communication between client and server performed through tcp/ip.
